Return & Refund Policy (Pakistan Orders)

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item (wrong bag or wrong colour), WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund you after checking.

Sale, Deal & Bundle Items (including 11.11)

Sale, deal and bundle items can be returned or exchanged only if they are damaged or wrong. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on these items.

Regular-Price Items

Regular-price items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in the same condition, with tags and original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return

• Used or customer-damaged products
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Gift cards
