Disappointing Experience - Wrong Color and No Response

I ordered a tote bag but was disappointed to receive it in black, which was not the color I selected. To make matters worse, I reached out to customer service via email to address the issue, but no one responded. It's frustrating to feel ignored as a customer, and the lack of communication made the experience even more disappointing. I expected better service and attention to detail. This has definitely impacted my confidence in ordering from this company again.
